HONEY AND HERB GRILLED PORK

3 lb. boneless pork loin roast
1 cup beer
½ cup honey
½ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp onion powder
1-1/2 tsp rosemary leaves, crushed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper

Place pork in heavy plastic bag.  Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork.  Seal bag and refrigerate for 1 hour.  Remove pork and place in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees until internal temp reaches 150 degrees, basting occasionally.  Simmer any leftover marinate for 5 minutes and serve with roast.

6-8 servings.

GRILLED PEPPERS AND APPLES:

Cut into wedges 3 peppers and 3 apples.  Add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp rosemary, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper.  Wrap in heavy duty foil and broil or grill 15 minutes and serve with pork.
