MARINATED FLANK STEAK

2 (1 to 1-1/4 lb.) flank steak or 1 (2 to 2-1/2 lb.) flank steak
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon minced onion
3 tablespoons honey
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground ginger

Prick both sides of steak(s) with fork, and place in a large shallow dish.  Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steaks.  Cover; marinate 24 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.

Remove steak(s) from marinade.  Grill approx. 4-5 min. each side or until desired degree of doneness.  To serve, thinly slice steak(s) against the grain.

Yield:  6 to 8 servings.
