FLANK STEAK – MARINATED

1 flank steak
1 small chopped onion
¼ cup water
3 tbsp catsup
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp salt
½ tsp. hot red pepper sauce
2 tbsp vinegar

Mix ingredients and pour over flank steak in a plastic bag.  Refrigerate
24-36 hours turning occasionally.  Cook on grill to desired doneness.
Slice diagonally against the grain.
