Grill four Hirsch's fresh Italian sausages on medium grill for approx. 16 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, saute on high 2 TBL olive oil with ¼" to ½" strips from one red, green and
yellow pepper and one yellow onion until they sizzle.
Reduce heat and saute until
tender. Add 2 minced cloves of garlic and cook for one more minute.
heat and add 1 tsp white vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Place mixture over
grilled sausage on a roll.
