1 (1-1/2 to 2 lb.) flank steak
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup vinegar
½ tsp sugar
½ (1.25-ounce) envelope onion soup mix
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Place flank steak in a shallow dish. Combine ingredients and
pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, turning occasionally. Drain steak, reserving the marinade. Grill steak on each side to desired degree of doneness, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
