Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches
1 lb. Hirsch’s thin sliced Rib Eye
1 lg green bell pepper
1 medium red onion
8 slices Provolone cheese
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
bread for 8 sandwiches
Chop vegetables into any size you want. Drizzle a large skillet with olive oil. When oil is hot, add the bell peppers and saute for 1 minute, tossing constantly. Then add the onion and saute for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove pan from stove.
Add sliced rib eye to the pan with the vegetables. Add the Worcestershire sauce and toss
all ingredients. Pour all ingredients into a casserole dish and then top with Provolone cheese.
Place the casserole dish in the oven for 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Pepper to taste and serve on bread.
