1 16-oz package fettuccine
1 10-oz package frozen chopped spinach
¼ cup butter or margarine
1 cup ricotta cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup whipping cream
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain and set aside. Melt butter in a large
skillet over medium heat. Add spinach, cheese, whipping cream, salt and nutmeg; stir well.
Combine spinach mixture and warm noodles, tossing gently.
