GRILLED PORK CHOPS
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh or dried rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
1 tablespoon coarsely ground pepper
8 pork chops or butterfly chops
Stir together first 6 ingredients. Rub evenly over both sides of pork chops.
Grill over medium-high heat for approx. 10-12 min. or until meat thermometer registers 150 degrees, turning once.
