FLANK STEAK

2 1-1/4 lb. flank steak
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Pickapeppa sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons Burgundy or other dry red wine
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2-1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced

Price both sides of steak with fork and place in a large shallow pan.  Combine remaining
ingredients and pour over steak.  Cover and marinate 24 hours in refrigerator, turning
occasionally.

Remove steak from marinade.  Grill approx. 4-5 min. each side or until desired degree of doneness.  To serve, thinly slice steaks against the grain.  Yield:  6 to 8 servings.
