Chicken Coleslaw

2 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup unpeeled cubed red apple
½ cup cubed celery
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup commercial sour cream
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
Leaf lettuce (optional)

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper; stir until smooth.
Pour over chicken mixture and toss gently.  Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.  Spoon coleslaw Into a lettuce-lined bowl, if desired.

Yield: 6 servings.
