BBQ PULLED PORK

1 (3 pound) pork butt
1 cup bottled BBQ sauce
¾ cup ketchup
1-1/2 cups chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup water
3 cloves garlic, chopped
¼ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
salt and ground black pepper to taste
¼ cup honey

Mix all ingredients together in a slow cooker until thoroughly combined. 

Place pork roast into the mixture. 

Spoon sauce over the meat and set the slow cooker to low. 

Cook 7 to 8 hours.

Shred the meat and serve with sauce.
