MEATY CHILI WITH BEANS

1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 large onions, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 – 19oz can kidney beans, undrained
1 – 10-1/4 oz can tomato soup, undrained
½ cup water
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp pepper
3 drops of hot sauce

Combine ground beef, onion, celery, and garlic in a Dutch oven.  Cook until beef is browned, stirring to crumble meat.  Drain.  Add remaining ingredients; cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, stirring frequently.
