SHRIMP SCAMPI

2-1/2 lbs. large fresh shrimp, unpeeled
1 cup butter, melted
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp dried whole basil
½ tsp dried whole oregano
Hot cooked rice

Peel and devein shrimp; place in a single layer in a baking dish.  Set aside.
Combine next 8 ingredients; pour over shrimp.  Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes.
Broil 4 inches from heat 5 minutes or until shrimp are done.  Serve over rice.
