Megan’s Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients-
2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp whole Fennel seeds
1 tsp ground pepper
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried marjoram
¾ tsp dried rosemary
Olive oil
2 small pork tenderloin (usually packaged together)

Coat the two pork tenderloins in olive oil.
Combine all of the dry ingredients and completely coat all sides of the two pork tenderloins. You may place the pork in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour or longer to absorb the spices. Place on parchment paper and put on a baking sheet.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place in the oven for 30 minutes. Pork should come out cooked medium. If you like your pork well done cook ten minutes longer.
Serves  4-6 people
