OVEN-FRIED PECAN CHICKEN

½ cup biscuit mix
½ cup ground pecans
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 2-1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up

Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well; set aside.
Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.  Dredge chicken pieces in pecan mixture And place chicken in melted butter.  Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over; cover and bake an additional 30 minutes or until done.
