LEMON-BUTTER BAKED COD

4 Cod Filets, 6 to 8 ounces each
¼ cup butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup flour
½ tsp each salt and pepper
Dash of paprika

Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix butter and lemon juice in a shallow bowl.  Spread flour on a plate and mix in salt and pepper.  Dip each filet in butter, then flour, placing into a buttered, square baking dish as you go.  Pour any remaining butter mixture over fish.  Sprinkle with paprika.  Bake until flaky, about 10 minutes per inch of thickness of fish.  Serve with green vegetables, if desired.
