PORK TENDERLOIN IN KRAUT
Salt & Pepper
1 Large Onion
16oz Bag of Sauerkraut
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Caraway Seeds
1 or 2 pork tenderloins trimmed and cut into ½ inch pieces. Salt & pepper the pork pieces and saute in oil 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
Thinly slice one large onion and saute in pan until lightly browned. Add 16 oz. bag of sauerkraut, 1 tbsp brown sugar and 2 tsp caraway seeds.
Mix thoroughly and heat. Add pork tenderloin pieces, stir and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes. Enjoy!
