1 Cowboy Cut Rib Eye Steak
Steak seasoning: Lysanders Beef, John Henrys Mojave Gold, Char Crust Hickory or Stagner Steak Rub
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pinches rosemary
2 pinches thyme
2 tablespoons butter
Sprinkle steaks liberally with steak seasoning on both sides. Place steak into bowl and roll in olive oil so that it’s covered on both sides. Cover with saran wrap and let marinade at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Sear steaks on both sides in pan with olive oil. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place steaks in shallow pan and place butter on steak as well as thyme and rosemary.
Roast until internal temperature of 130/135 degrees. Approx. 30 to 40 minutes.
