BREADED PORK CUTLETS
2 tablespoons flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika
1/8 tsp pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 pork cutlets
½ cup dry breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons oil
In a shallow pan, mix first 4 ingredients.
In another pan, mix egg and Worcestershire sauce.
Coat cutlets with flour, egg, then crumbs.
Cook cutlets in hot oil, until golden.
Cook on med another 2 minutes, on each side, until done.
