ULTIMATE BACON BURGERS

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Hirsch’s Bacon Sirloin
½ c finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1-1/4 c Soft bread crumbs
1 egg
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 tablespoons flour

Directions:

Combine bacon sirloin, onion, Worcestershire, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Blend well.  Form 4 to 6 patties and coat with flour lightly. Grill as usual or sauté in pan with vegetable oil until 150 degrees internal temperature. Enjoy!
