CHIVALINI WITH SAUTEED GREENS

Ingredients:

1 Fontanini Chivalini Sausage
1 lb. fresh spinach or rapini
1 garlic clove, diced
Dash of Salt and Pepper
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Once preheated, cook Fontanini Chivalini Sausage in the oven for 4-5 minutes or until fully cooked. Meanwhile, saute spinach or rapini in olive oil for 1-2 minutes. Then add diced garlic and a dash of salt and pepper. Continue to cook until greens have wilted and are cooked.

Serve dish by layering sautéed greens on a plate and place Chivalini sausage on top. Garnish with fresh grated parmesan cheese if desired.
