BBQ SMOKED PULLED PORK
8-10 lbs. Bone-In Pork Shoulder Roast
¼ cup BBQ Rub
½ bottle BBQ Sauce
Rub pork shoulder roast with BBQ Rub. Let rub marinate on the meat for 4 to 24 hours before cooking.
Place in smoker for 10 to 12 hours or until internal temperature reaches 195 degrees F. Bone should slide out of the meat easily.
Let the pork rest for at least 1 hour in a cooler.
Transfer pork to a cutting board; shred using your hands, removing any large pieces of fat. Add in 2 tablespoons rub and ½ bottle of BBQ sauce in to the pork.
