3-4 lbs. Chuck Roast
1 each envelope ranch dressing mix
1 each envelope au jus mix
4 oz. butter (Plugra)
¼ cup pepperoncini peppers sliced
Salt & Pepper or Favorite Steak Seasoning to taste
Spray your slow cooker with nonstick spray.
Place roast in the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the top with the ranch dressing mix and the au jus mix. Place peppers on top of mixes. Add the butter on top.
Set your slow cooker to 8 hours and forget it.
Roast is finished when meat shreds easily with 2 forks.
