TACO SOUP

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground beef sirloin
1 medium onion, chopped
1 each (10.75 ounce) can tomato puree
1 each (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 each (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 each (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 each (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
Toppings: cheese, sour cream, corn chips and green onion

Directions:

In a medium stock pot, brown beef and onion, drain grease if needed.

Add all other ingredients.

Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Top with cheese, corn chips, sour cream and green onion.

Yield: 8-10 servings
