ASIAN INSPIRED COUNTRY STYLE PORK RIBS IN THE CROCK POT
4 lbs. boneless country style pork ribs
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup honey
2 tsp white vinegar
2 cloves garlic minced
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp salt
½ tsp crushed red pepper
1 small onion small diced
Combine all the ingredients in your crock pot and whisk together.
Add in the pieces of pork ribs and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Meat should be tender and almost falling apart.
Remove meat and reserve the liquid for “gravy”.
Serve with steamed rice and garnish ribs with toasted sesame seed and sliced green onion.
