GRILLED CHUCK ROAST

Season roast with Tim’s 2 Step Top Shelf seasoning or your personal preference. Coat with oil of your choice. Grill on medium to high heat until internal temperature of 140 to 150 degrees. Remove roast and place on a large sheet of heavy duty foil.

Pour 2 cups of beef broth over roast while folding foil over to retain broth. Place back on grill and heat to internal temperature of 200 degrees. Remove from grill and place in insulated cooler and let rest for 1 to 2 hours. Carefully open foil and remove roast. The remaining liquid is great for making gravy or sauce.
