GRILLED CHUCK ROAST

Ingredients:

3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
Hirsch’s Top Shelf Seasoning
1 cup beef broth
Olive or vegetable oil
Heavy Duty Foil

Directions:

Season roast with Hirsch’s Top Shelf seasoning and apply oil to both sides. Place grill on medium heat and cook to internal temperature of 140 degrees. 

Place roast on large piece of heavy duty foil, pour over with beef broth and fold foil over entire roast to hold broth in. Place back on grill and cook to internal temperature of 200 degrees. 

Remove from grill and place foil wrapped roast in insulated cooler. Place towel on top of roast. Close cooler and let rest 1 to 2 hours. Serve and enjoy.
